Prescott Native American Pow Wow

During Memorial Day week end, 2007, Prescott held it first Native American Pow Wow. The festivities included original Native American art work, crafts and cuisine. The high lite of the event were the numerous Native dances in full colorful Native American costumes, all of which are hand made and designed by the each dancer.  Awards were given to the Wind Talkers of the Navajo Nation and other Native American Veterans from other Nations. This is a very colorful, insightful and learning experience for all who participated.
