Background -

In 1999 I decided to travel with my morris team to the Sidmouth Folk Festival in Devon, England, a decision made easy when I learned that there would be a total solar eclipse—something I'd always wanted to see—visible nearby only four days after the festival. But the weather didn't cooperate (you can read that sad story here). Two years later, bitter & disillusioned, I suddenly remembered that the next eclipse was due in June '01 & signed up for an eclipse-and-safari tour I found on the internet; "Along the Zambezi" organized by Civilized Adventures of Calgary, AB. This Shockwave travelogue is the result.

Fixes & additions since version 1.0 -

• Made the stage slightly smaller & fixed HTML so those who have their monitors set to 800x600 can fit everything on their screens.
• Added nine new pictures (thanks, Judy & Joe!)
• Fixed a couple of text issues (Mac).

Notes -

• Requires the latest Shockwave plugin from Macromedia; just follow the directions if you are prompted to install it, or click here to do it yourself.
• If you're using a dial-up connection, things might load a little slowly the first time you run it.  Almost every screen should have a picture; if it looks like there should be one, be patient, it'll come through (the next time you visit, everything should load instantly!)  I'd like to know how it works for you; I'd appreciate any bug reports via email.
