It is easy to embed
mtvu.com video using the new
mtvu video BBcode. All you need is the vid number. If you see a video on
mtvu.com that you would like to post to a message here; simply select and copy the "URL" code at mtvu:

All you need is the number after "vid=". Press the "mtvu" button while in the editor here and in between the "mtvu" and the "/mtvu" place that number. Your cursor will automatically be placed in the correct position to insert the number after you select the "veoh" button.
