is ssl web hosting included with standard shell account?

this works:

but this does not
https://commerce.eskimo.com/~myelitis/tm.htm

It's supposed to, however, the hard drive blew up while I was away and I'm not sure the configuration is right. Looking on replacing the main webserver to make it SSL enabled, among other things, and getting rid of Commerce anyway.

So would that mean https://www.eskimo.com/~myelitis/tm.htm would work?

What do I have to do to link to a secure page?

It won't work at present but when I replace the existing web server it will. Still doing research for that. Any wishes for the new server, now would be a good time to voice them.
