Sprint Hardware Upgrade will cause Outage Monday 22nd 10PM-1AM

     On November 22, Sprint will be upgrading hardware on the routers that
server our links.  There will be an outage from 10PM PST to 1AM PST, monday the
22nd. 

     Our hosts will not be reachable except from v.34 dial-outs, and we will
not have network connectivity during this interval.
