Spamfilter location change.

Due to a recent login change, the spam filters may not work
correctly without a manual edit of your .procmailrc files (those
of you not using these spam filters are not affected by this).
The change required is on lines like the following:

From:

INCLUDERC=/u/r/raquele/procmail/spamfilter1.rc

To:

INCLUDERC=/usr/local/share/procmail/spamfilter1.rc

(This is a new public location, my RBL filter is there too if
you'd like them all to have the same location pointer.)


.procmailrc's with these lines uncommented have been updated
(backups should be called .procmailrc.bak), but otherwise edited
entries or manually-installed lines need to be changed manually. 
If your spamfilters are not working, please check this setting.
