Dallas/Ft. Worth access numbers changed

Access numbers in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area have changed today.
Currently used numbers are now coming up as "busy" in that
location.

Sorry I hadn't caught this before tonight; the numbers as we see
them are split up in a couple different files, and this was
listed in the one I don't check quite as often (and apparently
not updated as often, either).
