Expire bombed on news; leaving an empty file that normally contains the
list of articles to be removed; AFTER updating the history.
As a consequence; there are a bunch of articles in a full spool that are
no longer in the history file. It really would prefer NOT to blow away all
of the history but unless I can find some way to remove all articles not in
the history file I may not have a choice.
Any suggestions?
