Replaced the power supply for commerce, and had to run a fsck on one of the
partitions to get it to boot around some SCSI sense key errors and a
ethernet 'lost carrier'; but the https (SSL) server wouldn't start. 

Tried another reboot to get a clean, no-manual-fsck-needed boot, and the
SSL started without complaining on that run.  Up and running currently
(with SSL) with the new power supply.
