v.34 - 56k
We now have a means of providing 56k service in Buckley which was the
one area where we had v.34 service but no 56k service available.
As a result we will be providing free upgrades to people who are local to
only the Enumclaw and Auburn FEX v.34 lines and disconnecting those, and then
to people using the old Seattle v.34 modem pool.
