Bandwidth
Our Sprint links to the Internet backbone for our hosts (web hosts, news,
e-mail, shell, irc, etc) are saturating, largely due to increased web traffic
causing high latency during busy hours.
We will be installing additional circuits to address this but I do not
yet know how long this will take, still discussing the details with Sprint.
Over the last year, web hits have increased from 850,000-1,000,000 per day
to now averaging about 1.75 million per day.
