Apparently one of Earthlink's customer support people, and I use the term
loosely, is telling people that they've purchased Eskimo North.

Eskimo North has not been purchased, nor is Eskimo North up for sale.

Earthlink does call me about once a month and ask if we're interested in
selling our dial-up customers and once a month I tell them no we are not.

I'm not sure what they think they are accomplishing by propogating this
lie, but it is a lie. We are not owned by Earthlink, nor have there been any
discussions beyond what I related above.

If you cancel your Earthlink account it will not in any way affect your
Eskimo account. We are not related to earthlink in any way above and beyond
          being connected to the Internet.
