Qwest Outgoing Mail
Qwest apparently started filtering port 25 on the dialups so you will not
be able to connect to port 25 of mail.eskimo.com.
There are two potential work-arounds, as with plan B, utilize
star.eskimo.com for the SMTP mail server. This server though is restricted
to a maximum of 30 recipients and frequently chokes on attachments.
The other alternative work-around is to use mail.eskimo.com port 2525.
I do not yet know if StarPOP is similiarly affected.
