Spam Test Rules


     I've made some changes to the spam test regarding inverse DNS requirements
on the relay host.  The domain of the "From" address is still required to
resolve, but the relay host is not.

     I found a site that blackholes non-resolvable relays IF they are used by
spammers.  This hopefully will still address the issue of the spam from this
source while being a little more tolerant of misconfigured DNS at ISP's which
unfortunately appears to be all too common.
