'troubleshooting-list' for peer troubleshooting





Just a reminder that we do have an email-list open for posting called
"troubleshooting-list" (or "troubleshooting-digest" for those wanting
a daily compilation instead of individual emails).  This was setup back
in late 2001 but hasn't seen much use (one question/answer right away,
but silent since then).  This is for sharing troubleshooting
information, comments/answers from other subscribers instead of only
'support' email (which is also on the list), etc.

To subscribe, send email to "troubleshooting-list-request@eskimo.com"
with the subject "subscribe".  The body of the email should be left
blank as that request is processed by machine (with potential errors
sent to support for human help, too).  For the daily-digest form, it
would be "troubleshooting-digest-request@eskimo.com".
