outages-list and announce-list

     The outages-list and announce-list haven't been archiving properly on the
web since June 14th.  A lot has happened since that time and unfortunately
those posts are lost.

     I thought I had moved everything over to the new server that these
depended upon and had unmounted the /userspace partition from the mail servers,
but the mhonarc still needed to get to this partition to do it's thing and so
the posts just disappeared into the ether.
