any sendmail experts out there?

trying to figure out how to setup sendmail to send emails via gsuite and not change the From: part of the address envelope. Being doing a lot of searching online but not coming up with a good answer.

This is the kind of problem that influenced me to move to postfix. Got to where I could not even get a basic setup to work reliably.
