Customer Ticket Software

I am looking into customer ticketing software. Eskimo uses osticket.com I am wondering how you like it and what made you decide on it?

I like it, it is clean, fast, and the user interface from the provider side is good, and from the user side pretty much what people have come to expect. I don't have the most recent version, that's on my to-do list. It is easy to install, just unpack the files and setup a MySQL database for it and you're ready to go.

Yes. If you don't have a MySQL database setup, request one be setup for you. After that it's just a matter of unpacking the files where you want it to show up on your website, going to that location and entering database and administer account information and you're good to go.

Just a note on OSticket, when we upgraded to php7, it broke. They said it would be fixed in the latest version but it took quite a while for it to actually work again but now it is working properly with php7.
