          At approximately 1730 on 04/08/98, we experienced a reloaded in DC.  As a
          result, Reloaded sl-bb5-dc, Traffic in the DC area is normal again..
          
          We are working to fix the problem at this time.  Currently, the estimated time
          to repair is unknown.  We will keep you updated on this issue as we get new
          information.  Please bear with us as we work to fix the problem.  We thank you
