OUTAGE MESSAGE
At approximately 1pm,a FDDI concentrator in Stockton went down. All customers
directly connected to sl-gw5-stk, sl-gw6-stk, and sl-gw7-stk will experience
temporary loss of connectivity until the issue is resolved.
We are continuing work to fix the problem at this time. Currently, the
estimated time to repair is still unknown.
We will keep you updated on this issue as we get new information. Please bear
with us as we work to fix the problem. Thank you
