OUTAGE MESSAGE
We are currently experiencing configuration problems on the DC Gigaswitch.
This has caused our sl-gw7-dc and sl-gw8-dc routers to be inaccessible to the
network. As a result, all customers directly connected to these routers are
experiencing loss of connectivity.
We are working to fix the problem at this time. Currently, the estimated time
to repair is not known. We will keep you updated on this issue as we get new
information. Please bear with us as we work to fix the problem. Thank you.
