We have no power ringing (the signal that rings the bell or makes the
modems answer) on most of our lines (voice and data). I believe that probably
the ring generator in the Discuss (the multiplexor that provides our lines) is
dead.
I'm on the phone with US West now and they are paging someone to get
someone out here to fix it.
