At approximately 8:45 on May 8, we experienced a down T3 connection in
MAE-East. As a result, customers traversing this link may experience latency
or packet loss.
We are working to fix the problem at this time. Currently, the estimated time
to repair is unknown. We will keep you updated on this issue as we get new
