I had to take news down for about 9 minutes, between 3:31pm and 3:40pm to
run e2fsck on the partition that has /usr/lib/news on it. The free space count
got corrupted on that partition and it was causing INN to think it was out of
space and throttle news processing when it was not really out of space.
