Outage at sl-w1-mae (MAE West) down for 15 min. due to reload
EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE ANNOUNCEMENT Purpose for maintenance: Network fix Maintenance date: 5/13/98 Maintenance start time: 10:15pm EST Estimated end time: 10:30pm EST Details of maintenance: Sprintlink NOC will be reloading sl-w1-mae (a MAE west backbone router). As this is a backbone router, this will not directly impact any customer connections, however there will be congestion and/or delays while the network routes around the router as it reloads. Impact to customers: There should be no direct customer impact due to the reload. Please bear with us as we work to resolve this issue. We thank you for your patience and patronage.
