The ring no-answers were caused by one of our modem annexes not
putting the modems back in "terminal ready" mode after a call hung up, so
those modems would no longer answer incoming calls.
I corrected the problem by rebooting the annex, but this had the
unfortunate effect of kicking off everyone that was already logged in on
that particualr annex. I rebooted it about 10:50am, sorry about that
folks.
