Routing updage changes
EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE ANNOUNCEMENT Purpose for maintenance: Network buildout/enhancement Maintenance date: 06/15/98 Maintenance start time: 0100 EST Estimated end time: 0400 EST Details of maintenance: Sprint will be updating the route reflectors to increace reliability and speed up convergence time. The following machines will be affected: sl-s1-RLY, sl-gw1-rly, sl-gw2-rly, sl-gw3-rly, sl-gw3-rly, sl-gw4-rly sl-gw5-rly, sl-gw3-alt, sl-gw4-atl, sl-gw8-atl, sl-gw7-atl, sl-gw6-atl sl-s1-pen, sl-gw11-pen, sl-gw12-pen, sl-gw16-pen, sl-gw18-pen, sl-gw19-pen sl-gw20-pen, sl-gw21-pen, sl-s1-orl, sl-gw1-orl, sl-gw2-orl, sl-gw22-pen sl-gw23-pen, sl-s1-atl The routing changes will cause a short period of congestion and latency while the routes converge. Impact to customers: There will be a brief outage as each router is configured and routes re-converge. Please bear with us as we work to resolve this issue.
