Eskinews is down. The warranteed drive is flaking out. Every drive we've
put in this slot starts acting up after a short while. Reformatting generally
gets it going again at the loss of all the data. It's like there is noise or
something on the power causing it to scribble formatting information.
At any rate, the supply isn't adjustable and isn't economically replaced,
since we're going to move to an SS-20 at some point the thing that makes the
most sense to me is to get all the drives into external cases.
I need a case capable of housing a full height 5-1/4 inch drive and two
half-height devices and have an immediate need (in order to get Eskinews back
online), preferably with Micro-DB50 connectors.
If anybody can help me locate such a beast today, please e-mail me or call
206-440-3170. Thank you.
