Dedicated PPP / Dialup
We had an outage today resulting from a problem with a communication
server that affected a number of dedicated PPP subscribers and dial-up
customers.
This particular communications server has been losing it's configuration
periodically so we decided to take a look when it did so today. We found one
EEPROM wasn't all the way seated and that may be the problem but if not we have
the part numbers now so if it fails again we will get replacements.
