All the lines are back up and running. We only had to
wait three hours for a technician this time, that almost rates
          miracle status! =-)

The fuse was blown in the Discuss here. Since it is US
West equipment, it is locked up and we do not have access to it,
even though it is here on site. We could have replaced the fuse
ourselves if we had access to the cabinet, but we don't. =-\

Again, thank you all for your patience and understanding
while this was happening to us.

                  Sincerely,
                  Jimmie Farmer
