We are experiencing an outage of our Sprint backbone connectivity
presently. We have two links; and we can ping the router ports at Sprint in
both cases but can't get beyond that.
We've called in a trouble ticket, #9817043, at 12:17 (I tried to call as
soon as it was down but got an all representatives are with other customers at
present recording for about twenty minutes).
