brief dial-up outage planned at around 11pm or so.
Bob got a new software revision for the Annex-3 comm servers today from Bay Networks, and we have to reboot them to put the new software in place. The outage should be brief, no more than a few minutes, but all regular dialup connections will be dropped. THis will not affect the 56K dialups.
