We had some problems with the North Everett number. The first two lines
in the hunt sequence were not answering.
When we upgraded the remaining 14.4k modems, some ports were moved around
and unfortunately where the Everett numbers were concerned, that was not
recorded.
It made for a difficult time chasing this down. I finally ended up power
cycling every modem that didn't have carrier detect on it, and that got the
modems to answer but I still don't know which modems are on those ports.
Will make some test calls early morning hours to map out what lines are
hitting what modems in Everett so that future problems are easier to chase
down. I've done this for all the Seattle lines but didn't realize the ports
were moved on the Everett lines.
