Seems that we are still having problems with the 56k Seattle and Everett
numbers. This still relates to the new equipment added. There were some
problems for about half an hour earlier this morning and then tonight around
7:10 it seemed to have crashed. It is up again at 7:25pm.

Of significance, this is the new equipment that is unstable, there are
still some older communications servers and when the new box goes down they
will continue to function but there isn't enough capacity in the old boxes
alone to meet demand (which is why the new equipment was added) and so when the
new equipment goes down you may not be able to easily get through to one of the
          remaining good ports.

Turning up new equipment is always fun, there is an engineer on site still
working on it, so hopefully the bugs will get squashed soon.
