Problems with 56k/Megapop connections.

The problem with disconnects, fast busy signals, and dead air
is being looked into with a program designed to help find the problems
with the 56k connections in the Seattle area.
To help expedite this process we are asking that any users who experience
these symptoms to email: support@eskimo.com with the following
information...
Exact time problem occurred.
Type of problem/s.
Phone number calling from.
Phone number calling to.
Email@eskimo.com and megapop User number ie. 5086000xxx.
This will help greatly in resolving these issues as quickly as possible.
