HUB which runs the hub server for IRC and services was rebooted tonight
because it was loosing track of memory. This is a bug that is somehow related
to the services code because every machine it's been moved to has done the same
thing, even totally different architectures. It used to take only a couple of
days to reach the point where it had to be booted, but over time as services
has been debugged, that interval has grown to about two months.
