          We had a return-mail from this posting to the outages list that made me
          think it never went out, so in case you didn't receive it, here it is.  I
          just checked the Network Operations Center page ("NOC" below) and the
          problem is still listed as ongoing.  The "Seattle" number they list here
          is the Everett 56k dialup line, which is served from the Seattle site. 
          
          We haven't received calls about this since I came in to the office at 3pm;
          we do have a few support emails about Megapop problems, but I'm trying to
          track down the number they're calling to see if it's this one.  Please,
          when reporting dialup problems, be sure to tell us the number your
          computer is dialing, the number it's dialing from, and some specific
          information about the time and errors you're receiving.
