Seattle1 had some lack-of-memory-buffer errors that had been refusing
logins. From some support mails, it sounds like the problem had occurred
over the weekend as well, but some parts of memory were not fully cleared.
To bring things back up to allow new logins, I had to reboot the annex,
which would have booted those who had logged in to those particular modems
before these errors occured. Sorry for the inconvenience.
