56k MA, NH, RI August 20 2:00AM planned outage...
At 2:00am EST, central office facilities serving these states will be
upgraded from copper based facilities that are utilizing manufacture
discontinued equipment to fiber based facility.
An outage will occur in these states that is estimated to last between six
and twenty minutes.
