Something got corrupted on eskinews after a crash and now when I try to
start innd, it says, "internal no to group" and exits. I don't know why it's
doing this. I looked at the code and it appears to be looking for a group
named "to", which does exist in the active file, so I don't know why it thinks
it doesn't.
The innd binary itself I know is OK because I still had a copy elsewhere
and did a binary compare and they match.
