               This software upgrade will affect us.  Expect a network outage between
          0300 and 0900 on Sept 20th (monday morning).
          
               Although the duration of this activity is listed as six hours, what they
          really mean is that they'll be reloading various routers over that time span.
          
               Usually this takes about 5-10 minutes per router, so the actual load that
          affects us should only result in an outage of 5-10 minutes.
