               Eric and others who received this message, the Ultra will in fact work I
          am sure.  The problems booting it were operator error and have been resolved. 
          I have it up and running Linux now. 
          
               It will not have the spin_lock problem because that problem only affects
          SMP systems.
          
               But there is a bit of work to do to get it ready yet.
