News Processing Paused to add groups...
Starting around 8pm pacific time; I am pausing the news server to add
about 3600 news groups. These are groups that we are receiving in our feed
but are not in our active file; probably owing to the control message never
making it when Sprint was our primary feed. This should take 1-2 hours.
