     I didn't want to identify the person involved just in case this was
proprietary info but this may be affecting calls from GTE locations in Western
Washington:

	I have leared that there are two OC48 rings down in GTE territory.  I
have no idea if this will affect you, or the net in general, but I gather there
are literally thousands of circuits involved.  Thought I'd pass it along
anyway.
