MegaPOP: OS Upgrade (fwd)
This affects the 56k and ISDN lines:

On Tuesday, Jan 11th, beginning at 5:00 AM Central (6:00 AM Eastern) we will be
upgrading the version of ComOS we are running on our dialup equipment.
The version we are moving to will correct some known bugs found in the OS we
are currently running. We have tested the new OS version in several cities
with much success, and no reported problems. It also appears to have some
impact on the Radius Accounting issues that some customers have been reporting.
The issues were reportedly not seen after the test POPs were upgraded to this
newer OS.
We will begin upgrading POPs in the Eastern time zone first, and continue west
through the rest of the country. All work should be completed by 8:00 AM
Central (6:00 Pacific).
