               Dave / MegaPop Tech Support,

The last I heard you were going to contact your engineer and get back to
me that day, but I have not heard from anyone there since that time.

We are still getting complaints from our Seattle area customers getting
busy signals and "Your call did not go through" recordings when trying to call
          the (206) 812-1399 access number.

I have received complaints thus far from Renton (south of Seattle),
Redmond (East of Seattle/Lake Washington), the Emerson central office in North
Seattle, and from the GTE Richmond Beach office.

In short, the complaints are spread out all over and all around the city,
from both customers located in GTE and US West territory, so it doesn't look
like a problem in a specific GTE or US West office. About the only thing in
common is ELI (Electric Lightwave Inc) and your equipment.

Could you please give us an update with respect to what is being done to
          remedy this situation.
