An update on today's routing issue:

          Problem:	No Routing
          Location:	Global
          Time: 20:43 3/1/2000 CST
Situation:	Global Center was able to restore all routing. They
saw two routers in Chicago that were not passing
information to each other properly. They believe that
these routers are repaired, however, they are still
investigating the main reason why it happened in the
first place so it doesn't happen again, and since the
issue hasn't been completed with Global Center, this
issue will remain unresolved until further notice.
