There is a router down that is breaking the ability for the 56k POP's to
talk to the Radius servers that are used for authentication.

It is being worked on now. Latest updates (most-recent first) are:

          Time: 22:06 3/2/2000 CST
Situation:	There appears to be an authenication problem that is
affecting many users. Engineers are working on the
problem. This latency will cause authenication
          		failures.

          Time: 18:02 3/2/2000 CST
Situation:	Everything it back in order and we have monitored it
for the past 3 hours. Please be advised that we are still
          		monitoring this site.

          Time: 16:00 3/2/2000 CST
Situation:	It appears that there is a main router in Chicago that
has gone down with our data provider. There is a
master ticket opened with the data provider. No ETR
          		has yet been mentioned.

          Time: 15:48 3/2/2000 CST
Situation:	We are currently having problems with one of our
data providers. This is affecting authentication to
certain customers throughout all the POP's. Further
          		updates will be posted here.
