We had to reboot tia1, the host that is used to provide SLIP/PPP
emulation, around 22:00 (10pm) on March 6th because of an exhaused mbuf pool
          problem.

This does not happen frequently, but it does on occasion, usually as the
result of certain kind of denial of service attack, although bad packet loss to
a portion of the Internet can also cause it because of all the memory used for
          packet fragment re-assembly, sequencing, etc.
