Between 8:30pm and 10:00pm PST, we experienced a lot of
authentication errors on all 56k/ISDN lines across the country.
This started immediately after I noticed a router upgrade in
Chicago was marked "completed". Turns out one of the techs had
reset the main password used to connect to the authentication
server, making all attempts refused. I was just told about this
and and that it's been resolved; it wasn't technically the router
issue I thought it was (and had been a few nights last week).
